Apple ends 2013 with 41.8% US smartphone share, Samsung hits 26.1%; Android back to losing share

Remember this is all the US market only – the global story is far from similar. Also keep in mind that Android in the US is hugely dependent on Samsung and the S4 is getting a little long in the tooth. In addition, this is the 3 months that Apple is riding it’s brand new crop of iPhones, so it’s always been their most solid quarter.
