“The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say ‘I.’ And that’s not because they have trained themselves not to say ‘I.’ They don’t think ‘I.’ They think ‘we’; they think ‘team.’”

PETER F. DRUKER

Joe, Chief Product Officer

Ten years ago, Joseph co-founded BiTE interactive with Brant DeBow. Combining operations and strategy he believes customers hire products for more than their functional attributes, and thrives on helping companies discover the hidden social and emotional jobs their customers want from great products. In his off time, he teaches esoteric tricks to his American Eskimo, Loki, and a flourishingly rivalry with his co-founder and CTO Brant during BiTE’s weekly board game nights.

Brant, Chief Technology Officer

Brant co-founded BiTE interactive in 2008, after working in interactive advertising and software engineering for two decades. He’s uniquely skilled in translating the technically intricate into the understandable for business and technical resources alike. He leverages his UX and strategy skills to ensure products are not only built technically sound, but correctly solve our clients’ business problems. He is an advocate of Jobs-To-Be-Done theory, Lean Canvas, Agile processes and Behavior Driven Development, and when he’s not speaking at tech conferences. He loves introducing his four kids to classic sci-fi and the best in 8-bit video games, and plotting co-founder and CPO Joe’s takedown in the next team boardgame night.
